Char Siew Pork - Local Delicacy

If you crave for an evening snack or even a local dinner and you are okay with pork, "char siew" pork might serve you right in this context.

Food contains: Pork, Soy sauce (optional), Fermented vegetables (optional)
សាច់​សាស៊ី (lit. char siew meat) /sach sa: si/, បាយ​ឆា​សាច់​សាស៊ី (lit. fried rice char siew meat) /bai cha: sach sa: si/

Char Siew, which basically means red grilled pork in Chinese, is a local delicious delicacy sold through meat stalls or vendors mostly around the market. Obviously, it is grilled pork, with red coloring, served with gravy sweet soy sauce. You can enjoy it alone as a dipping meat snack or with rice as a full-blown meal.
