Grand River Restaurant and bar is a second-floor bar with panoramic view of the Tonle Sap Lake and the park run alongside it. The drink menu ranges from draft beer to cocktail and red wine. Draft beer start at US$3 per glass. Cocktail is between US$4 to US$6 per glass. This price is more or less standard. Its taste does not shoot you out of your socks, also the bartenders are not the main attraction here. It is the view, the quietness that set this place apart. The bar opened from late afternoon to late night. It is situated just steps away from the Royal Palace, and right in the corner with the FCC Phnom Penh. (Maps here).
